Procedure: Combine Phase A ingredients and heat to 80 – 85 °C with mixing. Combine Phase B ingredients and heat to 80 – 85 °C with mixing. Once both Phases are at temperature, add Phase B to Phase A and increase mixing speed. When emulsion is smooth, *check pH and adjust if necessary. Add Phase C at 55 °C or under. Cool to 45 °C or under with mixing and pour into containers. Properties: Stability: Three months at 45 °C, three months at room temperature, three freeze/thaw cycles.

Procedure: At RT, add phase A into main vessel and mix until clear. At RT, sprinkle in UltraThix P-100 and mix well for approximately 30min. At RT, add pre-mixed phase C and mix well until clear and smooth. At RT, add phase D ingredients and mix well until clear. At RT, add pre-mixed phase E and mix until clear and smooth. At RT, add phase F and mix well until homogeneous. At RT, add phase G and mix gently until the beads are evenly dispersed in the gel. Stop at RT.
