Procedure: Prepare Phase A and heat to 45-60°C while stirring until uniform. Prepare Phase B and add to Phase C at 45-60°C while stirring until uniform. Combine Phase A and Phase B/C while stirring until uniform. Add Phase D to Phase A/B/C below 50-55°C while stirring until uniform. Adjust pH with Citric Acid and Sodium Hydroxide.

Procedure: One Pot Process Prepare phase A at 80°C. Add phase B while stirring. Stir til it becomes smooth and homogeneous under gentle stirring. Cool down to 65°C and add phase C under high stir (2 000 rpm, 5 min). Cool down to room temperature under gentle stirring and add phase D. If necessary adjust the pH value with phase E to 5.8-6.0. Procedure: Combine Phase A ingredients and heat to 75°C with stirring. Combine Phase B ingredients and heat to 75°C with stirring. Add Phase B to A using a propeller mixer or homogeniser. Homogenise for several minutes. Begin cooling while mixing with propeller mixer. At below 40°C, add Phase C ingredients one at a time. Continue cooling to room temperature. Adjust pH to 6.06.0—6.3 using Phase D. Properties: Appearance: Light purple cream
