Micro Powders (1439) is giving a debut to five new products to the North American market at Suppliers’ Day. The lineup includes three biodegradable fine powders for microplastics replacement in personal care and cosmetics. Naturecel 793XF, which imparts a luxurious,
velvety and rich texture, and boosts SPF by up to 75% in sunscreens. Microsilk 417S provides high lubricity and
silky aesthetics. Supercharged with lauroyl lysine to add hydration and moisturization while delivering soft focus that’s superior to PMMA. NatureThix 900, meanwhile, is a naturally
derived thickener for skin care based on hydrogenated castor oil. Can be considered as a replacement for polyacrylic acid and other synthetic thickening agents. Additionally, two new vibrantly coloured
exfoliants will be showcased: Naturebead Purple H20 and Synscrub Blue 2040S. These biodegradable scrub particles, effective on their own or combined with others, offer a beautiful visual to make formulations pop.
