Figure 5 shows that Floramac 10 increased
skin hydration statistically significantly (p<0.05) better than C15-19 Alkane, dimethicone 5cst, and C12-15 Alkane at one, two and four hours post-application and better than and cyclopentasiloxane and the vehicle at all time points. Figure 6 shows that Floramac 10 increased
skin radiance statistically significantly (p<0.05) better than dimethicone 5cst, C12-15 Alkane, and cyclopentasiloxane 30 minutes post-application. These results demonstrate how naturally
derived silicone alternatives such as Floramac 10 can also provide additional skin benefits such as skin hydration and radiance.
