Procedure: Heat phase A and phase B separately to 75°C. At temperature add phase B to phase A and emulsify under vacuum (0.6 bar) at 2.500 rpm for 5 min. Cool down to 35°C while mixing at 1.300 rpm for 35 min. Add phase C and mix at 1.500 rpm for 30 min. Fill in airless dispenser.

Procedure: Mix phase A components, and phase B components separately, at 30°C. Add phase B to phase A, and homogenise for 40s per 100g. Add the phase C components one by one to the emulsion, and mix thoroughly.

Procedure: Add A2 into water and dissolved well. Add A4 into Step1, mix well and neutralize with citric acid. Mixed A5 & A6 and add into the bulk and heat to 70°C. Add A8 & A9 and dissolved well. Add A7 and dissolved well. Prepared Phase B and heat to 70°C. Add phase B into phase A. Prepared Phase C and add into the bulk below 40°C. Properties: Appearance: Copper viscous cream Viscosity at 25°C: cPs: approx 13000-15000 pH: 4.0-5.0 Sensory attributes: Soft & smooth Please note that this formulation has passed 3 months satbility at 45°C.
