Procedure: Mix until homogeneous the Phase A. Mix until homogeneous the Phase B Add phase B to phase A with mixing. Heat up to 70°C. Mix until homogeneous the Phase C, then heat it at 70°C. Add phase C to phase A+B with mixing. Cool down the formulation with mixing up to 40°C Add Phase D. Cool down until 25°C with gentle mixing.

Procedure: Under mixing, disperse Avicel® PC591 into water heated to 75 °C, continue mixing for about 20 minutes. Prepare premix A2 and add to A1 under mixing. Prepare B and heat to 75 °C. Under rapid mixing (Rotor/Stator 3000 rpm), add B into A1+A2. Maintain rapid mixing for about 10 min. Cool under mixing. Prepare premix C and add to the emulsion under low mixing at 30 °C. Adjust pH with D. Properties: Aspect: Thick white cream pH = 6.0 ± 0.5 Viscosity Brookfield RV (spindle C, speed 5): approx. 92 000 mPa.s after 24h
