Procedure: Prepare phase A and heat phase A up to 80-85°C, mixing with magnetic stirrer for 1 minute. Prepare separately phase B and heat the phase B up to 75-80°C, stirring with anchor pale at 250rpm. Add very slowly the phase A to phase B with anchor pale at 250rpm, keeping the temperature to 80-85°C. Stir the phase AB under anchor pale for 2 minutes at 250rpm. Homogenize the phase AB, using a suitable dispersion unit (Silverson) for 2 minutes.Cool down to 40°C under stirring (50 - 100 rpm). Add the phase C and D homogenizing using a suitable dispersion unit (Silverson) for 1 minute.

Procedure: Combine Beeswax, Vegecare™ L, Vegecare™ LW, Jarplex™ IPS, Jarcol™ I-20VCG, Jarplex™ CU-WD, and Jarplex™ SB35. Heat and propeller mix until all ingredients are melted and uniform. Add Jarxotic™ PF15 and Jarxotic™ AC15 while heating and mixing. Pour into mold while hot.

Procedure: Sprinkle Bentonite into water and mix until fully hydrated heating to 80-85 °C. Premix Glycerin and Xanthan Gum, add to Phase A and mix until uniform. Add remaining Phase A ingredients. Combine Phase B materials and heat to 80-85 °C. Add to Phase A, mix at high speed until emulsion is smooth, then cool to 60 - 65 °C. Add Phase C, mix slowly and cool to desired pour temperature. Properties: Stability: Three months at room temperature, three months at 45 °C, three freeze/thaw cycles. * Bentonite can be replaced with kaolin clays for different textures and colors.
