Procedure: Phase A : Place under stirring. Phase B : Pre-mix then add it to phase A and stir for 15 minutes until homogeneous. Phase C : Pre-mix then add it to phase AB and stir until homogeneous. Phase D : Add to phase ABC and stir until homogeneous. Adjust pH to 5,5-6,5. Place under strong stirring until obtaining a bubbly gel.

Procedure: Phase A : Stir until homogeneous. Phase B : Add to phase A to neutralize and stir until getting a clear homogeneous gel. Phase C : Stir until homogeneous then add it to phase AB under strong stirring and stir until homogeneous. Phase D : Stir until homogeneous then add it to phase ABC and homogenize. Adjust pH to 6,7 - 6,8.
