Procedure: In the main vessel, introduce water. Add phase B under mixing and continue homogenizing while heating at 75-80°C. Mix until the gel is smooth (at least 30 minutes). At 75-80°C, add phase C ingredients one by one and mix well between each addition. At 75-80°C, add phase D (premixed) and homogenize until color is homogeneous. In a side beaker, heat and mix phase E at 75°C until homogeneous. At 75°C, add E into main vessel slowly while homogenizing. Start to cool down the batch. At 30°C, add phase F and mix well. Stop at 25°C.

wait ˜10-15 minutes until fully dissolved and clear. At 50°C, add Phase C and mix until fully incorporated ˜20-30 minutes. Scrape paddle/ propeller to ensure all SLES mixes in. At 50°C, add Phase D and mix until fully incorporated, 10-15 minutes. At 50°C, add Phase E ingredients and mix until color is uniform. Adjust pH to 4.8-5.2 with 25% to 50% citric acid solution. Turn heat off and allow batch to cool before mixing is stopped. Stop at 25°C
