Procedure: Mix phase A. Slowly add phase B and mix vigorously until homogenization. Add phase C to phase AB and mix for 2 minutes. Heat phase ABC and phase D separately up to 75°C in bain-marie. Add phase D into phase ABC at 75°C under Ultra-Turrax, mix for 10 minutes and then mix slowly with helix stirring. When batch reaches 40°C, add phase E then F and continue mixing until reaching room temperature. Properties: Appearance: white cream pH = 4,9 Viscosity: 17 000 mPa.s (Fungilab Alpha: spindle 5, 10 rpm)
