PELEMOL® 123 – 100% vegetable-derived ester with a pronounced silicone-like, silky emollient skin feel. PELEMOL® OL – 100% vegetable-derived ester with a light oily feel. Leaves the skin soft, supple, and silky, with a powdery feel on rub-in. Extremely emollient, simultaneously refats and moisturizes the skin. Procedure: In main kettle, add water and create vortex using prop mixer. In a separate beaker, combine Glycerin, Gelcarin PC 379 and Keltrol CG-T and mix until uniform. Slowly, add this product to main kettle. Continue mixing while heating to 70-75°C. In separate beaker, combine ingredients in Phase B. Heat to 70-75°C. Add Phase B to Phase A, and homogenize. Once uniform switch to a sweep blade and begin cooling. Add Phase C at 40-45°C and continue mixing until room temperature.

Procedure: In the main kettle, charge water and using a prop mixer, create a vortex and add Phoenothix APT, mix until dispersed. Heat to 75°C - 80°C. Combine ingredients in Phase B. Stir while heating to 75-80°C. Add Phase B to Phase A, and homogenize. Once uniform switch to a sweep blade and begin cooling. Add Phase C at 40-45°C.
