Procedure: Mix the components of phase A using NaOH to adjust pH to 6.5 - 6.8. Add phase B to phase A and mix for 10 minutes. Add components of phase C to AB mixture and continue mixing for 15 minutes. Add phases D, E, and F one at a time until the serum is homogenous and smooth. Adjust pH if needed.

Procedure: At room temperature and under agitation, add phase A ingredients one at a time and mix until uniform. Add phase B ingredients to phase A, mixing well between additions until phase AB is smooth and homogeneous. Add phase C to AB phase until the batch is lump-free. Add phase D to the ABC phase while mixing.
