Procedure: Premix A and start heating to 70°C with high agitation and mix until clear APP: White Pearl Gel. After addition, mix additional 30 minutes then add B in order while cooling to 50°C. Add premix C and continue mixing. Mix additional 10 minutes, Check specs. Then transfer for filling and packaging. Properties: pH: 7.48, Appearance: Creamy White Emulsion, Brookfield Viscosity: 20,000-30,000 Cps Spindle C, 10rpm, 25°C
