Procedure: Combine Phase A one by one with mixing. Add Phase B to the batch mix until fully dissolved. Add Phase C to the batch. Adjust pH if needed to 4.0-5.0 with citric acid. Add phase D, mix until dissolved and fully uniform. Properties: Appearance: Clear, pale-yellow liquid pH: 4.0-5.0 Viscosity: Water thin Stability: Passed 8-week stability at 5°C, 25°C, 45°C, and 50°C. Passed three freeze/thaw cycles
