Procedure: Under mixing add Phase A ingredients one by one. Premix Glycerin & Dehyquart Guar N, add to the main batch Once uniform, add Galaxy 610 and begin heating to 80-85°C. At 80-85°C, add phase B one by one. Mix until uniform. Begin cooling. At 40-45°C, add phase C. Adjust pH between 4.50 -5.50. At 30-35°C, add phase D one by one with mixing. Adjust viscosity with salt. Properties: Appearance: Off white, creamy gel pH: 5.0-5.5 Viscosity: 8,900-13,400 cps (Spindle 5, 20 rpm) Stability: Passed 8-week stability at 5°C, 25°C, 45°C, and 50°C. Passed three freeze/thaw cycles

Procedure: Under mixing add Phase A one by one. Premix glycerin, hydroxyethylcellulose & guar and add with mixing. Begin heating to 80-85°C. At 80-85°C, add phase B one by one. Mix until melted and uniform. Once uniform, homogenize at 3500 rpm for 3-5 minutes. Begin cooling. At 40-45°C, add phase C one by one. Cool to 25°C. QS to complete the batch. Properties: Appearance: Off-white cream pH: 4.0-5.0 Viscosity: 26,000-39,000 cps (Spindle 6, 10 rpm) Stability: Passed 8-week stability at 5°C, 25°C, 45°C, and 50°C. Passed three freeze/thaw cycles
