Procedure: Premix phase A and stir until a homogenous solution is obtained. Add phase B. Add ingredients of phase C one after the other. Add them in portions to avoid lumps. Let stir with a turbine stirrer until a homogenous solution is obtained. Add solution of D. Adjust the pH to 5.5 with E. Properties: pH: 5.50 Viscosity: (Brookfield RV3/10rpm): 1 800 mPa.s

Procedure: Mix Phase A and heat up to 75-80°C. Mix Phase B and heat up to 75-80°C. Add Phase B to Phase A and homogenize 1 min with Ultra- Turrax. Let cool down under stirring. Add Phase C at room temperature. Adjust pH to 5.5 with Phase D. Homogenize again 1 min with Ultra-Turrax. Properties: pH: 5.4 Viscosity: (spindle RV03/ 10 rpm): 1080 mPa.s
