Procedure: In the main beaker, introduce water. In a side beaker premix natrathix™ + polysurf™ 67 with butylene glycol and add to the main beaker under mixing. Homogenize at least 20 min until smooth, while heating to 75°C. When the gel is smooth, add phase B ingredients one by one and continue mixing well. In a side beaker, heat phase C to 75°C and mix until all melted. Then, disperse phase D into phase C under mixing and mix until color is homogeneous and temperature at 75°C. Viscosity of the phase C+D stays low despites high amount of kaolin, thanks to dispersing properties of antaron™ soja. At 75°C, add phase C+D slowly into the main beaker while homomixing. Start to cool down the batch under gently mixing. At 30°C, add phase E and mix well. Stop at 25°C
