Procedure: Step 1: In two separate closed beakers, weigh all ingredients of the oily phase - Cetyl Alcohol, Stearyl Alcohol and Glyceryl Stearate & PEG 100 Stearate - and aqueous phase - Fentacare® 2231 MS I 90 & Water - except guar derivative Jaguar® C162 that will be added at step 3. Step 2: Heat each phase up to 65-70°C for 15 minutes under stirring at 350 rpm. Step 3: Guar addition in aqueous A (after 10 min). Increase agitation of water phase to 600 rpm and sprinkle the guar derivative Jaguar® C162. Continue stirring for 5 min at 65-70°C. Step 4: Stop heating source and add oily phase into the other part under vigorous mixing at 900 rpm and let it homogenize for at least 10 minutes. Step 5: Reduce the speed during the cooling phase at 700 rpm, mix until uniform during 15 min. Step 6: Reduce the agitation up to 350 rpm and when the batch temperature reaches 45°C, add preservatives. Mix until uniform for 20 min. Step 7: If necessary, compensate for water loss.

Procedure: Step 1: Weigh all ingredients of the oily phase - Cetearyl Alcohol, Glycol Stearate, Dermalcare® LIA MB and Tocopherol and aqueous phase - Water, Behentrimonium Methosulfate and Behentrimonium Chloride - in two separate closed beakers. Step 2: Heat each phase up to 70°C for 15 min under stirring at 350 rpm. Step 3: Stop heating source and add oily phase into the other part under vigorous mixing at 900 rpm and let homogenize during at least 10 min. Step 4: Reduce the speed during the cooling phase at 500 rpm for 15 min. Then reduce speed to 300 rpm and add preservative below 40°C. Step 5: Reduce the agitation up to 200 rpm and mix during 30 min. Step 6: If necessary, compensate for water loss and pH adjustment.
