Procedure: Mix the components of A, carefully sprinkle B and stir until completely dissolved. Add the components of C to I. If applicable make a slurry of D and carefully add to II while stirring. Mix the components of F in a separate beaker. Add E to IV and make sure the polymer is dispersed evenly. Add III to V and stir at approx. 300-400 rpm to emulsify. Add G. Finally adjust the pH with H to 5.0 - 5.5. Properties: pH: 5.20 Viscosity: 8400 mPas Appearance: off white emulsion Challenge Test: Passed ISO 11930 Stability: RT, 40°C and 0°C for 3 months

Procedure: Mix the ingredients of phase (A) and homogenize for 30 minutes. Disperse phase (B) into phase (A) under stirring and homogenize it for 15 min. with medium stirring. Pre-mix phase (C) and add into (A+B) phase while stirring. Heat the phase (A+B+C) until 75°C - 80°C. In an auxiliary Becker add phase (D) and heat to 75°C – 80°C. Properties: Appearance: Golden cream Viscosity (Brookfield, 25°C, 20 rpm): 12000-14000 cPs pH: 5.3 Stability: stable at RT, 2° and 45°C for 12 weeks Safety: Challenge test on going
