Procedure: Sprinkle B into A and mix until a homogeneous gel is obtained. Individually add the components of phase C under moderate stirring. Add D under moderate stirring. Adjust the pH to 6.0 - 6.5 with E. Properties: pH: 6.2 Appearance: Supple, white, shiny opalescent gel.

Procedure: Add A2 to A1 under moderate stirring, mix until a homogeneous gel is obtained and heat to 80°C. Place B under stirring and heat to 80°C. Emulsify B in A with high shear for 10 minutes. At 40°C, add C then D under moderate stirring. Properties: pH: 4.8 Appearance: Supple, white and shiny emulsion
