Procedure: Combine phase A ingredients under moderate propeller mixing, then homogenise for 5 minutes. Continue mixing and heat to 70-75˚C. Mix and heat phase B to 70-75˚C. At 70-75˚C, add phase B to phase A under high propeller agitation, then homogenise until uniform. Continue with moderate mixing and cool down to 60-65˚C. Mix and heat phase C to 60-65˚C until completely dissolved, then slowly add to phase AB. Cool down batch to 40-45˚C. Mix and heat phase D to 40-45˚C, then homogenise until completely dispersed. At 40-45˚C, add phase D to phase ABC. Add phase E ingredients, independently. Cool down to ≤32˚C, adjust pH as needed.
