HSHO algae oil in the beauty and personal care markets


Procedure: In a suitable vessel, add phase A ingredients, one at a time, mixing between each addition until homogeneous. After the polymers have been dispersed and all other phase A ingredients have been added, heat to 70-75˚C. In a separate vessel, add phase B ingredients. Heat to 70˚C with mixing. Add phase B to phase A with mixing. Continue mixing for 10 minutes while at 70˚C. Cool down batch with mixing to 40˚C. Add Sodium Hydroxide to adjust pH between 5.0 and 6.0. Continue mixing until homogeneous. Add remaining phase C ingredients, one at a time, mixing until homogeneous between each addition.
