Procedure: Undertake procedure at room temperature throughout. In the main beaker, weigh water. In a side beaker, premix phase B ingredients. Add phase B into phase A and mix until homogeneous. Add phase C ingredients one by one and mix well between each addition. Premix phase D ingredients. Add phase D and mix well until homogeneous.
