Procedure:Weigh A and C separately and heat to 80°C. When both phases are at the correct temperature, add B into A and stir with a spatula. Add C to (A+B). Add D just before emulsification. Emulsify for 4 minutes at 4000 rpm under Silverson. Place under anchor for cooling 10 minutes+10 minutes with a cold water bath. Disperse SEPIFINETM each component of E separately around 40°C. Adjust pH at the end of the process.

Procedure: Place the ingredients of phase A in the tank and heat up to 85˚C. Put the ingredients of phase B in a beaker and heat up to 85˚C. Add phase C to phase B. Homogenise. Then add phase B+C into the tank. Homogenise (12 m/s, 5 minutes). Cool down the mixture to 30˚C and add ingredients of phase D one by one. Homogenise. Adjust to pH 5.5.
