Procedure: Mix ingredients of A1 at room temperature: add premixed powders into water and homogenise for 5 minutes at 10000 rpm for 200 g batch. Add ingredients of phase A2, one by one, to phase A1; and warm up to 70-75˚C. Mix B, warm up to 75˚C. Add phase B to phase A at 75˚C, homogenise for 3 minutes at 10000 rpm for 200 g batch. Cool down under gentle mixing. Add phase C ingredients below 40˚C, homogenise or 1 minute at 10000 rpm for 200 g batch. Check pH, adjust to 6.0-6.5 if necessary.

Procedure: Mix A in given order at room temperature. Mix phase B. Add ingredients of phase B into phase A. Add phase C ingredients. Keep mixing until the completely homogeneous. Adjust pH to 5.5-6.0 with phase D.
