Procedure: Mix ingredients of phase A together while stirring and heating to 70˚C. The mixture will start to thicken with heating. Once the temperature reaches 70˚C, add phase B ingredients in order listed. Mix for 3 minutes then start cooling down to room temperature. When temperature is below 40˚C, add phase C ingredient. Mix for an additional 5 minutes.

Procedure: Mix phase C ingredients together under Ultra-Turrax. Mix phase A ingredients together until homogeneous. Add phase C to phase A mixing until homogeneous. Mix phase B ingredients together until homogeneous. Slowly add under good shear phase B to blend phase AC. Slowly add phase D ingredients in order listed. Pass through high shear device (Silverson type: 1 min/100 g). Stable for at least 2 months at room temperature and 40˚C.
