Procedure: Mix phase A then add phase B and mix for 10 minutes by stirring vigorously. Make the emulsion by pouring phase C into the mixture then mix by stirring vigorously for 10 minutes. Finally, add the phase D ingredients then adjust to pH 6.5-7.0 if necessary with phase E.
