Procedure: Mix the components of phase A using NaOH to adjust pH to 6.5-6.8. Add phase B to phase A and mix for 10 minutes. Add components of phase C to phase AB mixture and continue mixing for 15 minutes. Add phases D, E, and F, one at a time, until the serum is homogeneous and smooth. Adjust pH if needed.
