Procedure: Heat phase A and phase D up to 90˚C. Add phase B into phase A and develop the gel during 20 minutes at maximum stirring (Tooth propeller). Add phase C into phase AB under moderate stirring. Add phase E into phase D just before emulsifying and stir until the phase is homogeneous. Add phase DE into phase ABC, increase stirring at the maximum level (Tooth propeller) and maintain during 3 minutes. Cool down under medium stirring below 40˚C. Add phase F and phase G one by one under moderate stirring.

Procedure: Heat and maintain phase A at 90˚C. Add phase B when the mixture is homogeneous. Prepare the premix phase C: homogenise under strong agitation (rotor stator homogeniser) until the mixture is homogeneous. When phase AB is homogeneous, add the premix phase C with moderate stirring. When phase ABC is homogeneous, add phase D, one by one, with moderate stirring. Make sure that the mixture is homogeneous. Just before pouring, add phase E. Pour the mixture at 90˚C.
