Procedure:Weigh Ceraphyls in the main beaker and add Polyethylene. Heat to 95-100˚C while mixing until all in. Drop temperature to 80-85˚C and add Prolipid 141. Mix until all in. Add the rest of phase A and mix well between each addition. Cool batch to 70-75˚C and add phase B. Mix until in. Add phase C and mix until in. Cool batch to 50˚C and add phase D while mixing until all in. Pour at 45-50˚C

Procedure: In the main beaker, at room temperature, add ingredients of phase A one at a time, in order, with mixing. Wait for uniformity before adding the next. When phase A is uniform, adjust pH to ~5.0 using citric acid. Stop once the pH is adjusted.
