Procedure: Combine phase A ingredients and heat to 75-80˚C. In a separate vessel, combine phase B ingredients and heat to 75-80˚C. Add phase B to phase A with rapid propeller stirring to emulsify. Homogenise and cool to 45˚C with moderate propeller stirring. Add phase C ingredients.

Procedure: Combine phase A ingredients and heat to 75-80˚C. In a separate vessel, combine phase B ingredients and heat to 75-80˚C. Add phase B to phase A with rapid propeller stirring. Remove from heat and continue to mix at moderate speed, immediately adding first two phase C ingredients. Cool to 35˚C, and mix in final three ingredients.
