Procedure: Heat phase A1 to 50˚C and homogenise under stirring (1000 rpm) for 5 minutes. Heat phase A2 to 60˚C and add slowly pigments under stirring, then stir for 10 minutes. Then, use a three roll mill to smooth the dispersion. Add phase A1 to phase A2 and homogenise at 10000 rpm for 2 minutes. Prepare phase B: heat water to 50˚C and add ingredients under stirring. Mix until complete solubilisation. Add phase B (50˚C) to phase A (50˚C) under mixing at 1500 rpm for 10 minutes. Cool to 40˚C under moderate mixing. Add phase C to phase A+B under mixing using a propeller stirrer at 1000 rpm maximum for 10 minutes. Then, cool under moderate mixing to 27˚C and add phase D, mix for a few minutes (Omyaskin® sensitive to mixing speed. It is required to apply a speed below 1000 rpm to prevent damage to lamellar structure).
