Procedure: In an appropriate clean beaker, weigh the ingredients of phase A and mix until homogeneous. Add phase B to batch under stirring until homogeneous then heat to 40˚C. In a separate vessel, weigh ingredients of phase C and mix until uniform while heating to 40˚C. Slowly add phase C into the batch under stirrer. Mix until uniform. Homogenise (10000 rpm) for 1 minute. Cool down to 30˚C under stirring and add phase D to batch and mix until uniform.

Procedure: In an adequate vessel while mixing add all the phase A ingredients one by one until uniform. Mix the components of phase B separately. Calculate approximately ¼ of the phase B and add it slowly, drop by drop. Every time you add it to phase A you need to homogenise very well. Add the rest of phase B slowly under stirring. Avoid the entrance of air.
