Procedure: Phase A: In a well-ventilated area grind Pureact TR-L90 to a fine powder for a smooth bar effect, or into small chunks for a mottled bar effect. In a separate beaker mix together phase B. Slowly add phase C to phase B and mix until the powder is completely dispersed. Add phase BC to phase A and stir well until completely coated (Note: if the mixture is still dry, add 0.2% w/w aliquots of water until the Pureact TR-L90 is completely coated in liquid). Add to mould and compress at 40-60 psi at room temperature.

Procedure: Phase A: Add Jaguar Excel to aqua with mixing (mix until fully dispersed). Add trace amounts of citric acid solution to low pH to 4.0-4.5 to hydrate and swell guar. Add phase B and mix until uniform. In separate vessel heat phase C to 45-50˚C and the sequentially add in phase D ingredients and mix until clear and uniform, then remove from the heat (Note: Pureact MS-CG and Pureact Gluco C need homogenising by heating to 35-40˚C and mixing before addition to the vessel). Add phase CD to phase AB and mix until clear and uniform. Add phase E and mix until fully emulsified. Add phase F and mix until fully uniform and clear. Phase G: Adjust to pH to pH 5.5-6.0 with 50% citric acid solution as required.
