Markham, Ontario, Canada — Acculogic is demon- strating its FLS980 Series III flying prober, Scorpion BRiZ test and programming station and a comprehensive line of boundary scan test tools at productronica 2017. The FLS980 Series III flying probe tester,
with the ultimate accuracy package option, along with high throughput features, such as the latest version flying bed of nails (FBON), is on display. The company is also showing its LED and MicroScan miniature image observation and test- ing solutions. The Scorpion BRiZ is an automated platform
that can consolidate a variety of circuit board test and programming applications into a single, com- pact, low-cost test station. The in- line, scalable system has a reusable test fixture base. It can be engineered for any R&D or test requirement, including: analog; digital (JTAG/ boundary scan); power; and confor- mance testing of LTE/LTE-A, Bluetooth, WLAN, and GPS.
