Your first destination on this five-night Highland adventure is the Firthside port of Greenock. Not only does the town boast magnificent views across the Firth of Clyde, calling here puts you within reach of an iconic Scottish destination – Loch Lomond and The Trossachs National Park. A tour exploring this natural wonder reveals some of Scotland’s most elegant Victorian stately homes, as well as Inchmurrin, the lake’s largest island.

As Black Watch reaches the Isle of Mull, you’ll have a day to explore the picture-perfect fishing town of Tobermory. Captivating attractions here include the lush woodland trails of Aros Park. Alternatively, you could take a tour across the Sound of Mull and discover the 13th
century Duart Castle; or venture
further afield to explore the isle’s stunning landscapes and, if you’re lucky, spot some soaring eagles.
To round everything off there’s the coastal calm of Kirkwall, capital of the Orkney Islands. Among the many delights to experience are the ceremonial stone circles of Stenness and Brodgar; the 5,000-year-old Neolithic village of Skara Brae, a site older than the Egyptian Pyramids; and the dominating spectacle of St Magnus, Britain’s most northerly cathedral.
