Alpharetta, GA —IPTE is exhibiting a range of PCB test handling systems and depanelers. The Easy Test Handler (ETH) performs automated in-circuit and functional test, as well as programming. The system can accommodate single or multiple circuit boards with one- or two-sided fixtures. The fixtures can be exchanged
quickly and easily. For optional paral- lel testing, multiple ETHs, equipped with a bypass transport, can be placed in a series. Compact and economical, the ETH integrates easily into a fully- automated SMEMA-compatible test environment and provides enough space for 19 in. (48.3 cm) test equip- ment. The system also includes an LCD touchscreen interface for access
to all system settings. The company is also offering
rout ing systems, including the Easy - Router, TopRouter and the Flex - Router II. EasyRouter and Top - Router can be used manually or con-
figured for automatic, inline opera- tion. Both routers can be equipped with a productive milling tool, with a speed of up to 60 mm/s (2.4 in./s) for fast circuit board routing from above. The TopRouter can also be equipped

with a saw blade for speeds of up to 200 mm/s (7.9 in./s). The depanelers are loaded and
unloaded manually during the sepa- rating process by means of a rotating table with functional workpiece hold- ers. The two routers also have a light curtain gate, enabling safe operation and a reduction in handling time. The FlexRouter II has been

developed for mid-to-high mix produc- tion. An automatic, inline system, the FlexRouter II offers short cycle times and is highly flexible. Its user-friend- ly graphic interface allows quick pro- gram set up as well as to easily accom- modate product changes. The system depanels with a high-frequency mil - ling spindle equipped with a metal milling tool and mounted on the x-, y-
and z-axes below the PCB. Contact: IPTE USA, 5935 Shiloh
