Non-contact measure- ments are taken directly at the sol- der nozzle and are not affected by the type of solder alloy used.

KIC Displays Reflow Oven Thermal Profiler


San Diego, CA — KIC’s recently introduced reflow oven thermal pro- filer transforms thermal process data collection from a costly chore into a value-added function. The core func- tion of a reflow oven is to produce an acceptable profile for each PCB. The new KIC SPS smart profiler collects
