Case study Ben Garnett-Sinclair, apprentice chef, Lusso at Norton Rose Fulbright This year, the Craft Guild of Chefs named Ben as their 2015 Apprentice Chef of the Year. Speaking about the experience, Ben said: “Apprenticeship has suited me perfectly and it has made me the envy of my mates. You could say I’m a good example of what you can do with on-the-job experience! I really liked the idea of earning and learning at the same time.
