Free registration is now open for Lunch! – the UK’s leading trade event for the food-on-the-move sector. The 2013 event will take
place in the Business Design Centre, Islington, London. The show will feature over 280 leading exhibitors, showcasing thousands of food, drink and packaging products perfect for the travel catering industry, as well as a first-class education programme. Highlights include an innovation zone, which is aimed at enterprising start-ups and smaller suppliers looking to access the lucrative food-to-go industry. This area encourages and promotes new products, ideas and business and is often the first port of call for buyers at the show. The Lunch! Theatre will host a range of
sessions with speeches from leading industry professionals on how to build a better business and get ahead of the competition. 2012’s show included a British Sandwich
Association's sandwich-making masterclass and a talk from Caroline Cromar, director of food, Pret A Manger.
