Leeds Bradford International Airport, and she was recently highlighted by the UK business secretary, Vince Cable, as an outstanding SME business leader. She said: “We supply loaf cakes and flapjacks to First Hull Trains and supply Grand Central Railways out of York. Now British Airways is flying out of Leeds Bradford we have also got our eye on getting onto those flights! “We do the Victoria sandwich, a quintessentially British product, with a Union Jack logo which we believe tells you all you need to know about Britain; and we hope to export British cakes to the US.
