 GLOBAL Eagle Entertainment has unveiled a new strategic partnership with Allegiant Systems.


The companies will work together to expand their technology offerings to improve passengers' inflight entertainment experience. Global Eagle offers strong content management and communications experience while Allegiant Systems’ has expertise in airline operations, consulting and technology development.


Inflight entertainment and connectivity specialists Thales and Gogo have joined forces to offer airlines a highly-integrated, powerful IFEC product. The product combines Gogo’s connectivity solutions with the Thales TopConnect™ cabin system. It is based on the Thales TopSeries AVANT® platform and will utilize Gogo’s Inmarsat’s Global Xpress Ka-band satellite service, Ku-satellite and Air-to- Ground (ATG) technologies. Thales and Gogo have already partnered to deliver an IFEC solution for a major US airline and are now teaming up to offer line-
