Holland-based Boboli specialises in fresh and frozen Italian and Mediterranean breads and hot bread-based snacks. The company can provide its products single packed or in heated foil. The entire range of hand-crafted breads are ready-to-go or can be re-heated. Boboli’s signature product is the fold-over pizza Stromboli. This comes with goats cheese or mozzarella and basil oil, honey and cherry tomatoes. Other products include pizza, focaccia, calzini, unfilled calzones and pizza bases.

2 Delta Cafés
Portugal-based coffee roasters, Delta Cafés, have a retail presence in Spain, France, Brazil, Luxembourg and Angola and distribute to 35 other countries. The company attended WTCE to spread the word about its coffee products, particularly its Delta Q pod coffee machine. Delta commented at the show: “Delta Q specialises purely in espresso. We were the first to challenge Nespresso in sales and the first to launch an espresso tea.” Flavours include fruit

3 Yum Yum Brothers
This UK- based family business offers the healthy ‘Oh My Goodness’ range and the ‘Ndulge’ range. Yum Yum Brothers uses premium ingredients and its products are tailored to each client's needs. The Oh My Goodness range, which includes cereal bars, bites pots and bites bags, is dairy-free, low in saturated fats and made in a nut-free factory using ingredients like flaked oats, English spelt, seeds and honey. Ndulge products include muffins, pots, bags and bars of tiffin, flapjacks and brownies. New lines include individually-wrapped two- and four-pack luxury cookies in all-butter, butter raisin, choc chip and stem ginger.

4 Fiblon
Finnish family company Fiblon debuted at WTCE, showcasing its range of disposable napkins,
wipes and headrest covers. Fiblon prides itself on sustainability and its ability to predict future trends. Vp Anne Ekberg talked to OnBoard Hospitality about two of these: fighting super bacterias and low-cost items. Fiblon’s Top Hygiene range of disposable headrest covers and napkins come with an anti-bacterial treatment. Fiblon offers a bespoke service packaging specific quantities to reduce wastage. The company can brand any of its items.

5 Briccodolce
A family-run company from Turin, Italy, Briccodolce produces savoury and sweet biscuits for Alitalia. Using quality local ingredients, Briccodolce’s products are handmade with no chemicals or additives. Its latest savoury range, Flavory, offers 20g brightly-coloured packets of crunchy snacks made from water, peanut oil, eggs and salt, in fennel, poppy seeds, rosemary and sesame flavours. Also new is the Tentatori al Cioccolato, mini meringues with dark chocolate drops.
