The East Midlands Melton is the Land of Opportunity

Burrough Court Estate Melton LE14 2QS

Melton Borough is a land of opportunity, a place of thriving entrepreneurs, artisans and international businesses. As the country’s acknowledged ‘Rural Capital of Food’, benefiting from Food & Drink focused Manufacturing Zones, Melton is full of entrepreneurial spirit reflected in strikingly high levels of self-employment. Supported by a strong economy and a progressive local authority with a clear development plan for a range of council owned commercial, leisure and housing sites, Melton is distinctly pro-growth and pro-business.

Perfectly located in the very centre of the country, Melton is well connected to the nearby cities of Leicester, Lincoln and Nottingham. The borough itself provides an abundance of business premises. There is an appealing mix of opportunities including storage & distribution facilities, town centre retail sites, modern office space to rural industrial areas and development land designed to meet the individual aspirations of businesses.

Just some of the opportunities on offer include Pera Business Park, which offers modern serviced office and meeting space (B1 use 200 sq. ft. to 2,000 sq. ft.). There are a number of large scale B2 opportunities available in Bottesford. Old Dalby Enterprise Village provides 4,200 sqm of freehold employment space and 30 freehold commercial building plots. Melton Commercial Park consists of approximately 127 acres with 214,000 sq. ft. of existing unit space and open storage plots. Whether the requirement is to lease, purchase freehold or a self-build development, Melton delivers.
