Crewmembers are required to be listed on what is called "General Declaration" which lists cockpit, cabin crew names/position, passengers and cargo. Crewmembers retain a copy of the "general declaration" for the layover in foreign countries, as a document often replacing a visa - since passports of crewmembers are rarely stamped by immigration.
