Serve warm bread and room temperature butter with the salad course either plated on a Bread and Butter plate with a butter knife or from a bread basket.
Clear salad plates leaving bread and butter, replace silverware for Main Course and replenish beverages.

MAIN COURSE
Plate main course using the basic plating guide above and serve the passengers 2 to 4 at a time. When passengers have finished clear the main course plates, silverware, salt and pepper shakers and bread and butter plates.
