Procedure


Sprinkle Bentonite into water and mix until fully hydrated heating to 80-85 °C. Premix Glycerin and Jaguar C-17, add to Phase A and mix until uniform. Combine Phase B materials and heat to 80-85 °C. Add to Phase A, mix at high speed until emulsion is smooth, then cool to 45 °C or less. Add Phase C, mix slowly and cool to desired pour temperature. Stability Three months at 45 °C, three months at room temperature, three freeze/thaw cycles. Suppliers

Procedure Prepare phase A, B, and C ingredients in a separate beaker. Add phase B premix ingredients to A premix ingredients. Heat phase B/A and phase C to 75-80°C. Add phase C into phase B/A while stirring, then homogenize. Cool to 40°C, add phase D premix ingredients to phase A/B/C while stirring. Then add phase E, one ingredient at a time.
