Procedure Charge water into mixing vessel and add Natrlquest®
E30. With moderate
mixing, sprinkle in Activsoft C-17. Once dispersed, add trace amounts of Citric Acid solution (50%) to hydrate Guar. Batch with clear slightly. Slowly add Pureact 138. Begin heating batch to 70-75°C. Add Phase C sequentially. Mix until all flakes are melted and batch is uniform. Cut heat off. Add Empigen® BS/FA. When temperature is 40-45°C, add desired preservative. Properties
