From capacity to capability ‘Vision 28-60’ is not about growth for growth’s sake. The goal is to build a larger, stronger, and more capable manufacturing partner for our customers. Additional production capacity also gives

Expac greater flexibility when responding to customer growth, seasonal demand, and new product launches. For customers, the attraction is straightforward:

more capability, more capacity, and more options, without sacrificing the technical and personal support that has historically differentiated Expac.

Quality that enables growth As the business grows, quality and consistency become ever more important. Expac’s quality proposition is embedded

across manufacturing and development, with strict controls and certifications including BRC, COSMOS, all the key ISOs including GMP, and Organic Accreditation. Its objective is consistent delivery against product safety, statutory compliance, price, delivery, quality expectations, and environmental control.

That is essential to ‘Vision 28-60’. Doubling

the size of the business means strengthening the systems, people and processes that allow customers to trust Expac with their brands. Growth must be scalable without becoming impersonal, and larger without becoming less agile.

2028 starts today Expac has already shown what can happen when ambition is backed by investment. It has evolved from a traditional contract manufacturer into an innovative and technically capable, multi- award-winning development and manufacturing partner. In 2025, the business was named Co- Manufacturer and Packer of the Year at the UK Packaging Awards for the third time. ‘Vision 28-60’ is ambitious. It needs to be.

Reaching £60 million turnover by 2028 will demand strong organic sales growth, successful

acquisitions, continued investment and relentless attention to customer service, technical excellence, and operational performance. But the foundations are already in place. The ambition is not simply to become a bigger

version of the Expac of today. It is to create a stronger, broader, and more capable Expac - one able to offer customers greater technical expertise, manufacturing flexibility and scale. From around £30 million today to £60 million in 2028, the numbers tell the headline story. The real story is what will sit behind them: new customers, technologies, capabilities, acquisitions, people, and opportunities. ‘Vision 28-60’ is not just a financial target. It

is the next stage of Expac’s evolution - and that makes the journey to 2028 every bit as important as the number at the end of it.
