Procedure: 1. Weigh all ingredients of phase A in a beaker. 2. Heat phase A to 60-70°C until everything has melted. 3. Weigh phase B and add it to phase A. 4. Let A+B cool to 50-60°C, close to the solidification point of the mixture. 5. Pour melted A+B into the mould and let it fully cool to room temperature. Procedure: In a main vessel, dissolve Phytate MM in DI Water and start heating to 70-75°C. Add Vegeluron® Gel and mix until miscible. Add Thein® MM and mix until dissolved. Under vortex, sprinkle in Clearogel® SG ECO and moderately mix until completely hydrated. In a separate vessel, mix and heat phase B to 70-75°C until completely clear and homogenous. At 70-75°C, under high mixing agitation, add phase B to phase A. Homogenize for 5 minutes or until uniform. Continue with moderate mixing and cool down to 40-45°C. Mix and heat phase C to 40-45°C until dissolved, then add to phase A/B. Continue cooling and add phase D ingredients, independently. At ≤ 32°C, adjust pH, if needed. Properties: pH = 6.0 - 7.0, Viscosity (LV3/30) = 4,000 - 8,000 cPs * CrystalCast® MM composition is covered by US Patent # 7,754,775 & European Patent # 1756077.

Procedure: 1. Combine ingredients of phase A and heat to dissolve SymSave H and salts. Cool down to RT. 2. Combine ingredients of phase B and homogenize until smooth mixture. 3. Very slowly add the water phase A to B while mixing with Cowles blades or Ultra-Turrax. 4. Add Harmonie Luxe 4 powder and homogenize until a smooth cream is formed. 5. Add Harmonie NatuVel gel and homogenize until a smooth cream is formed. Properties: Appearance: White cream; pH: 6.301 ± 0.5; Viscosity: 30,000 cP ± 10% (T-C spindle, 10rpm, 1 min). All measurements taken at 24 hours after manufacture. Stability: LUMiSizer Stability Index: 0.003 (4000rpm, 1 hour 15, 25°C), 0.039 (4000rpm, 1 hour 15, 45°C)
